How plan changes work
- Upgrading
- Moving to a higher monthly plan, or from monthly to yearly, takes effect right away. You pay the new plan's full price, a new billing period starts that day, and the new plan's credits are added immediately (yearly plans add them every month). Credits you already received stay in your account; unused time on the old plan isn't refunded or credited.
- Upgrading a yearly plan
- Moving to a higher yearly plan takes effect right away and starts a new yearly period that day. The months of your current year whose credits haven't been added yet are credited toward the price, and those remaining credits from the old plan are no longer added.
- Downgrading
- Moving to a lower plan, or from yearly to monthly, takes effect when your current period ends. Until then you keep your current plan and its credits. Once a downgrade is scheduled, you can't change plans or cancel until it takes effect — contact support if you need to adjust it.
- Canceling
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then won't renew. You can resume before it ends. Credits already added stay until they expire.
- Credit validity
- Subscription credits are valid for 6 months after they're added. Credit pack credits never expire.

What are credits?
Credits are used each time you run an AI tool. Most image tools use 3 credits per image, so the image counts above are estimates.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Both give you the same credits every month. Yearly is billed once a year and saves up to 40%; your credits are still added month by month.
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits stay valid for 6 months after they're added, so unused credits roll over. Credit pack credits never expire.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away: you pay the new plan's full price and a new billing period starts (yearly-to-yearly upgrades credit the months not yet added). Downgrades and yearly-to-monthly switches take effect at the end of your current period. See “How plan changes work” above for details.
How do I cancel?
You can turn off auto-renewal anytime. You keep your plan and credits until the end of the period you've paid for.
